By accessing DawnNest Prep services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services and accounts

We provide digital courses and printable materials for parents and caregivers of children ages 3–6. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account.

3. Purchases and refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Unless otherwise stated, taxes may apply. We offer a 14‑day satisfaction window for unused courses. If materials were downloaded or more than 20% was completed, partial refunds may apply at our discretion.

4. Intellectual property

All content and materials are owned by DawnNest Prep or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for household use. Do not redistribute or resell materials.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvention of access controls.
• No sharing of licensed content beyond your household.

6. Disclaimers

We do not provide medical, psychological, or educational therapy. We do not guarantee outcomes or timelines. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DawnNest Prep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Privacy

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Disputes will be handled in a reasonable venue considering the user’s residence.
